As you must have heard, a kiss is only as good as the moment that leads up to it. If you are wondering why most girls you have kissed suddenly stop wanting to hang out with you or suddenly turned cold towards you, you might want to review the way you kiss. A kiss is an important aspect of a relationship. The kiss help you determine if you guys are connected and some people can also detect if their partner is lying from a kiss. In view of this, it is very important that you know how to kiss. There are some people that are not very good kissers and this often makes them very embarrassed. Some people have even lamented that it affected their sex life. Unfortunately, there is no written rule about how to kiss right but luckily, this article is here to give you some really good kissing tips.

HOW TO SHARE A PERFECT KISS

Every girl loves been kissed. The moment before the kiss takes place makes it even more perfect. To share a perfect kiss, timing is everything. Make sure that the mood is right. How to know when the mood is right? Glad you asked. The right mood for kissing is probably when you guys are talking, and you gradually become silent. Then you both stare at each other's eyes. If you notice her staring at your lips and maybe subconsciously licking them, then she is inviting you to kiss her.

There is no best time to share a kiss. It could be after a wonderful date, it could be in the middle of an argument (Girls love this), it could be anytime. As long as the mood is right, the kiss can also be perfect. Sometimes the girl might even be the one to initiate the kiss. If you guys are still getting to know each other and not yet officially a couple, you can't just kiss her anywhere. For the sake of her decency, kiss her somewhere private or where she is not likely to meet her family members or friends. An exception to this rule is kissing her at her doorsteps after the first date. It is however, preferable to kiss her somewhere a bit private like a private restaurant, the park, the mall etc. Kissing after a meal is a bit risky because your breath might still be reeking of food or alcohol and your date might find it offensive. That is why it is advisable to at least have a breath mint available.

You won't believe the horrible stories girls have to say about some kisses they got. Sometimes the guy tried crushing their mouth with his teeth, or a case of bad breath, or a case of the guy not asking for permission before plunging his tongue down her throat. Asking for permission does not mean going down on one knee and asking your date for a kiss. It just means, you should read the signal. It can be quite awkward when someone you are still trying to know gives you an unexpected kiss. What you should do is to tilt your head towards hers and stare at her lips. If she repeats the gesture, then she is inviting you to kiss her. If you are already going out, you don't have to do this all the time.

More importantly, do not rush. The fact that she is kissing you does not mean that she is ready to sleep with you. Some guys make the mistake of rushing to grab her butt or even unbutton the girl's shirt. Guys, that is very wrong! Your hands should be busy with her hair or waist or back or neck. If she wants to take it further, she will let you know. Also, build the kiss slowly. Start slowly at first then gradually build it up. You can suck each other's lips and nibble it just a little.

You should know that French kiss is not a good idea for a couple that are just getting to know each other because it requires a level of intimacy and how comfortable you are with each other. Also, do not break the kiss abruptly. Most guys, in a bid to show dominance, break the kiss abruptly. In the same way you started gradually, also break it off slowly. This gives your partner time to get herself.

Guys, these are a couple of tips on how to kiss a girl right. Remember your hygiene counts a lot so make sure that your breath smells nice, you smell nice, and you are well shaven. Most women will not want to hug, not to talk of kissing a smelly man. Also, not all women like facial, bushy hair so make sure you trim the bushy hair even if you don't want to shave it all off.

Lastly, when you are about to kiss, your noses might collide. This is nothing serious, you can both laugh about it and move on. If the girl doesn't respond to your kiss, don't push it. Don't feel beat down or bad. Maybe she is not just ready. Respect her decision and with time, I guess she will be ready to kiss you.

Sewing For Ugandan Orphans

Sewing For Ugandan Orphans
There are two things that I particularly love about the blog world. One is all of the inspiration that can be found there. The other is having the chance to connect with people whom I would never otherwise meet in 'real life'. Take Lara for example. Our paths crossed early this year as we exchanged emails about adoption. Her inquiring mind and passionate heart encouraged me to dig deeper than ever before into the issues surrounding adoption - questions about ethics, the need, and the many, many orphans who will never be eligible for adoption. I wrote about some of what I learned here. I was blessed and inspired to watch her journey unfold as she changed countries from Ethiopia to Uganda; from a healthy infant to a preschooler and/or a special needs child. She has since been matched with 4 year old "A". We hope and pray that she is able to bring him home soon!

As she prepares for her second trip to Uganda, she wanted to collect donations for the items the orphanage needs the most. The orphanage expressed a great need for items for girls entering puberty - underwear, bras, ibuprofen and menstrual pads. You can read all about that here. Similar to the situation in Ethiopia, some of these girls are resorting to using trash for pads because they simply don't have any other choice. It's humbling to read about these needs, a reminder of how much I take for granted here.

On the first Sunday of every month, our church does something called Serve First where we do service projects in the community. There are generally several projects to choose from and around 100 people participate each month. There's a woman at our church who makes and sells her own cloth diapers. I emailed her, thinking she would be just the one to conspire with on planning a Serve First event to help meet the needs of these Ugandan orphans. She designed the pattern, told me exactly what I needed to buy, provided the microfiber and brought her snap press. She rocked this project! I hosted the party and purchased the fabric.

She chose a suedecloth topper to wick moisture away from the body. She decided on a flannel and microfiber inner for great absorbency.

She brought snaps and her snap press. The pads come together like this.

There were six women who attended the party. We made the pads in an assembly line fashion. We used two sewing machine, two sergers, two rotary cutters, and broke 4 or 5 needles. The grand total of our efforts? 27 pads.

The cost of purchasing a similar cloth pad is around 17-18 "per pad". That means we saved around 450 making these pads, including the cost of the fabric! And we had so much fun in the process.

One woman also brought 12 gently used bras, which she found thrifting and several packs of new underwear. I'd call this event a huge success. I feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing faith community!

I have to extend an enormous thank you to Dan. I injured my back last week quite badly, then got into a very minor car accident on Friday and had to go to the hospital to have the baby monitored for a few hours as a precaution. Thankfully (and as we expected) everything looked great. But I wasn't able to do as much around here as I normally am, so Dan had to pick up my slack. He worked hard to get things ready. When I apologized for my hindered mobility he cheerfully responded that we were in this together and he was glad to do his part. A man willing to work hard during his very limited free time to help teen girls in Uganda? Yup, he's nothing short of amazing. What a beautiful example he sets for our children, too. Thanks for subscribing!
