Amandas background is in banking where she worked both within business and support areas such as HR and training. She is now one of the Directors of a successful and well established Training Company Speak First that specialises in transforming business relationships. She is also the author of three books: Be Your Best Coach and Beyond, Teach Yourself NLP and Teach Yourself Coaching (published by Hodder Headline) and has expertise in communication, leadership, sales, customer relationship management and individual and team coaching at senior management level.

Amanda Vickers has a BSc Hons in Psychology, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Coach. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and The Institute of Directors. She is trained in the use of Extended DISC, Language & Behaviour Profiling, and Saville & Holdsworths Occupational Personality Questionnaires. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and The Institute of Directors.

Amanda Vickers is a highly experienced facilitator and coach. She is a specialist in global communication skills consultancy. Amanda is a co-author of several popular books: 'Personal Impact: What It Takes To Make a Difference', 'Teach Yourself Presenting', 'Teach Yourself Coaching', 'Teach Yourself NLP' and 'Coach, Be Your Best and Beyond'.
